Where we are today

Phase 1.
Commercial proof of concept.

We're transparent about our trajectory. Phase 1 is non-DoD commercial work on the current Bambu P2S printer. Phase 2 brings TAA-compliant production online once the revenue trigger is hit.

Phase 1 · Active

Commercial proof of concept

Non-DoD commercial work on the current FDM platform. Building past-performance evidence, refining the parametric design pipeline, training the agent stack on real customer specs, and clocking GSA Schedule history.

Status: Operating now. Every commercial engagement contributes past-performance evidence usable in prime supplier conversations.

Capability summary

What we
do best.

Parametric 3D-printed parts with an in-house software pipeline for design generation, structural validation, and traceable brand engraving on every part shipped.

Core competencies

  • Parametric design from spec — versioned Python scripts, reproducible revisions
  • FEA-lite structural sanity check before any filament melts (6 polymers, 3 load modes)
  • Engraved company mark + scannable QR linking material, lot, and design metadata
  • iPad-LiDAR / photogrammetry pipeline for reverse-engineering legacy fixtures
  • MQTT instrumentation of the print process with 24/7 watchdog and alerting

Differentiators

  • Operating address inside Homestead Air Reserve Base spaceport territory (FL spaceport designation, July 1, 2024)
  • Software-defined manufacturing — agent stack handles design, QA, branding, shipment tracking
  • Per-part traceability with engraved QR — print ID, material, date, rationale
  • Pre-flight validation is default. Any part with FoS < 2.0 under spec load is flagged before production
  • AI-augmented engagement — single-operator throughput with 24/7 monitoring

Capacity

  • Build volume 256 × 256 × 256 mm (current Phase 1 platform)
  • Materials in stock: PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU-95A
  • Order-in: PA, PA-CF, PLA-CF
  • Throughput ~40 g/hr finished part
  • Lead time: 48 hours (parametric library) · 5–10 business days (new spec)

Classification codes

NAICS codes
we cover.

Codes selected with Florida APEX Accelerator guidance. Engagements outside this list are evaluated case-by-case.

Compliance roadmap

Where we
stand on the bar.

Honest posture, no overclaiming. Compliance is built incrementally with revenue — we don't pre-spend on certifications until a contract justifies them.

CMMC 2.0 Level 1 — self-attestation

Practices in place: credential isolation, daily port-hygiene scans, daily breach watch, daily LAN-inventory diff, segregated WireGuard tunnel for public-facing services.

Ready
SAM.gov entity registration

Submitted. UEI and CAGE codes pending activation. Florida APEX Accelerator (Miami-Dade) advising the registration package.

In progress
TAA-compliant equipment

Phase 2: Markforged Onyx One acquisition once $25K cumulative commercial revenue is reached. US-made FDM, NDAA-2026 compliant, ITAR-eligible workflow.

Phase 2
AS9100D — quality management

Quality manual v1 drafted. Full AS9100D certification scheduled post first qualifying contract; budget $25K–$35K over a 3-year cert cycle.

In progress
ITAR / EAR — DDTC registration

No USML-controlled work undertaken to date. DDTC registration deferred until first ITAR-scoped award. Workflow segregation already in place to support eligibility.

Eligible
!
NDAA-2026 — current Phase 1 platform

Current Bambu P2S is non-US-origin equipment. DoD direct work is out of scope on this platform. Phase 1 is limited to commercial / civilian aerospace / non-DoD work. Phase 2 platform brings full DoD eligibility.

Phase 1 limit
GSA Schedule 36 SIN 51 400

Explicit "3D Printing Solutions" line. Eligibility requires 2 years operating history plus commercial sales record. Building the prerequisite now — every commercial engagement clocks the GSA timer.

Building runway
DIBBS — DLA small-parts bid board

Account in setup. Entry-level pipeline for small-parts opportunities — many awards go to small businesses without prior relationships. Targeting non-flight-critical fixtures and ground-support hardware first.
