How an engagement works

  1. 1 Discovery call (free) — 30 min. I ask where your team spends time. You describe the pain; I identify the automation surface.
  2. 2 SOW + NDA signed — scope, timeline, success metrics, and the background-IP / foreground-IP partition defined up front.
  3. 3 Delivery — agent fleet built, deployed, and tested on your environment. No cloud dependency required.
  4. 4 Measurement window — 6 months of tracked baseline vs. post-automation. Savings calculated from real data.
  5. 5 Close-out — you keep the deliverables and runbooks. I take 15% of proved savings.

Home Platform

Nexum is a private, local-first home super-app — a single browser tab that controls every smart device in your home, surfaces your personal feeds, and runs an on-device AI assistant. No subscription. No cloud account. No data leaving your building.

Rapid Prototyping
& 3D Parts

Parametric design and FDM printing for functional parts, brackets, mounts, enclosures, and prototypes. Every design goes through an analytical stress screen before printing. Every physical deliverable carries a brand block and print ID for traceability.

  • Multi-color (AMS): up to 4 colors per print, no extra lead time.
