How we got here.
2024

LUDDAN SERVICES LLC incorporated

Florida LLC formed to hold the technology IP, real estate assets, and operational entities under one structure. Nexum v1 running on a Raspberry Pi in the closet.

2025

Nexum v2 — full platform launch

Rebuilt from the ground up with AI agents, device integrations, multi-user family dashboards, and a security-hardened home network. Deployed on dedicated hardware running in the home, with on-device AI acceleration.

2026

Public presence + real estate expansion

luddansvcs.com launched as the holding company’s public face. Email and LinkedIn presence established. Real estate portfolio actively managed. AI agent infrastructure handling operations and email automatically.

Nexum available to other families. Real estate portfolio grows. Innovation pipeline products launch. The company’s structure becomes the platform for everything we build.
